Even though Google is giving up to $10,000 a month to non-profits for free advertising, most non-profits, faced with competitive keywords and limited means of implementing an Adwords strategy, let their grant money languish. There are numerous stipulations which Google imposes on non-profits which will make it harder to launch an effective campaign.
